As Group Director at Future Systems and Technology Directorate (FSTD), Colonel Ong Jack Sen is responsible for the master planning of research and development programmes for the Ministry of Defence and the Singapore Armed Forces, focusing on air-related R&D programmes. Colonel Ong’s 26 years of experience as an Air Force officer had him in command of an airbase, a flying squadron, operations, capability development and R&D.
